Dr. Kelly is originally from League City, Texas, and has called Austin home since 2018. She earned her undergraduate degree from Texas A&M University at Galveston in 2014, where she met her husband, Logan Harrell, before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Texas A&M University in 2018.
After graduation, Dr. Kelly began her career as a mixed-animal veterinarian before transitioning to small-animal practice. She then spent two fulfilling years with Lap of Love as an in-home euthanasia veterinarian, an experience that deepened her passion for compassionate end-of-life care. She ultimately returned to general practice, where she has been practicing for the past four years.
Her professional interests include end-of-life care, dermatology, and behavior—especially feline behavior. Outside of work, Dr. Kelly enjoys playing sand volleyball, reading, exploring Austin, and traveling with her husband. She shares her home with her cat, Winky, and her dog, Rocky.
