We're pleased to offer the following services at Springtown Veterinary Hospital
Our appointment book is computerized which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of our ability.
We have a veterinarian and personnel on duty 6 days a week who are trained and equipped to handle any urgent care your pet has. Usually an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet's life. Emergencies can be things such as snail bait poisoning, hit by car, and chocolate ingestion. If you ever feel that your pet needs emergency treatment do not hesitate to call or come in immediately. If possible it is best to call before coming in so that a team member can advise you on your particular emergency. An additional fee may apply.
In the event of an after-hours emergency, please call our main line. Our answering service will page the doctor on call until 10pm. In the event that we are unable to help, we will refer you to one of the two emergency facilities within our area. Your pet is never far from the best emergency care available and both emergency hospitals maintain the latest in life saving technologies and provide intensive, overnight monitoring. Additionally, the veterinarians and staff at these facilities are specially trained to quickly meet the needs of a critically ill or injured pet.
We will refer you to a specialty emergency facility based on your location in order to ensure you receive the best care possible.
